Having recently brought and sold properties, we cannot thank Villas Fox enough for their help and support during this time. Sorelle & Andy have been excellent whilst assisting us with our purchase in Dream Hills 2. From opening a bank account, introducing us to a solicitor & even recommending a currency company nothing was too much trouble. We've just this week bought a property in San Miguel being sold via Andy and Sorelle. With us being based in the UK and not yet speak Spanish we we're initially apprehensive on how we would manage the purchase process, but they both provided us with all the help and advice we needed, from Banking, money transfers insurance, solicitor and all the contact numbers we asked about! We have now used Villas Fox (Andy and Sorelle) twice (once buying and once selling) and have been very satisfied with their professional approach and attitude. We sold the house in March 18 in under 4 weeks. This was due to the guidance given by Villas Fox during the pre-selling meeting.
