Habitation certificate (for a townhouse or villa)

Also referred to as "declaración responsable", "licencia de segunda ocupación (secondary occupation licence)", "cédula" etc. Includes an architect inspection, presentation of all documents at the town hall, and the town hall fee. Please note that in some towns, the actual certificate is not issued, but the proof of presentation of the documents in the town hall will be sufficient. Often includes plans of the property which can be used to market the property. Usually valid for 10 years. Price includes IVA at 21%
