CUSTOMER LIAISON OFFICER


As a customer liaison, you will support the sales team and other company personnel in their duties, such as answering phones, emails, greeting clients, explaining the buying and selling process, showing customers properties, providing accurate responses to customer queries, and following up with existing and potential clients to help generate revenue.
The role is full-time (40 hours per week), based in our office in San Miguel de Salinas, and at times you may have to work on your own, for example during holiday periods.
When not kept busy by our very high level of customer enquiries, you will help with administration duties.
The ideal candidate will
* be fluent in English
* have conversational Spanish
* be fluent in either French or Dutch/Flemish
* have a good knowledge of the local area
* have experience in the real estate sector
* be proactive (we like to prevent problems from occurring rather than solve them!)
* have a friendly and positive outlook with a good sense of humour
* be computer-literate with attention to detail
* willing to assist colleagues at all times to ensure we can maintain our high standards and deliver an excellent customer experience


In return we offer a full-time contract with salary to be discussed.
