Ce mail afin de témoigner de mon appréciation de Villas Fox et plus particulièrement de leurs gérants Andrew et Sorelle. J'étais dans la situation où je de souhaitais vendre ma maison de vacances et acquérir une maison plus grande tout en restant dans la même région de San Miguel. Aussi bien pour l'achat que pour la vente,Andrew et Sorelle ont fait preuve d'une immense flexibilité en étant accessibles même durant les jours fériers (Andrew étant même à l'étranger lorsque qu'il répondit à mon appel),de professionnalisme (la netteté de leur bureau et de leur site internet en témoignent) ainsi que de gentillesse (toujours prêts à aider et à résoudre d'éventuels problèmes). Les compliments sont peut-être faciles à donner mais les résultats ne peuvent mentir:Villas Fox a vendu ma propriété exactement deux semaines (!)après l'avoir mise sur le marché et je suis maintenant l'heureux propriétaire d'une fantastique maison. This email is to show my appreciation for Villas Fox and more particularly of their managers Andrew and Sorelle. I was in the situation where I wanted to sell my holiday home and acquire a bigger house while staying in the same area of San Miguel. Both for purchase and for sale, Andrew and Sorelle have shown immense flexibility in being accessible even during holidays (Andrew being abroad even when he answered my call), professionalism (the sharpness of their office and their website testify) as well as kindness (always ready to help and solve any problems). The compliments may be easy to give but the results can not lie: Villas Fox sold my property exactly two weeks after putting it on the market and I am now the proud owner of a fantastic house.
