Having recently brought and sold properties, we cannot thank Villas Fox enough for their help and support during this time. Their knowledge of the areas is second to none, not only showing us the properties but the amenities as well, which they knew were important to us. They listened to what we wanted and only showed us properties that they thought would be suitable eventually finding us our forever home. Once we had moved and settled into our new home, we approached Villas Fox to market and sell our first property. Andy made sure that we had all the correct paperwork in place including Habitation and energy certificates. Once everything was in order, photographs taken and write up done, Villas Fox then put their top sales person (Sorelle) on to the job. We have now used Villas Fox (Andy and Sorelle) twice (once buying and once selling) and have been very satisfied with their professional approach and attitude. We sold the house in March 18 in under 4 weeks. This was due to the guidance given by Villas Fox during the pre-selling meeting. The photos taken for the website were also of great quality and number, giving prospective buyers a detailed view of the property prior to arranging any home visits.
