Villas Fox offer a professional key-holding service, which gives many clients peace of mind if they are away from their property for long periods of time.
Rates as follows:
| Basic key-holding (keys held securely in our office, loaned to anyone you authorize if collected during normal office hours) | 100 euros per year (first year free if property bought with Villas Fox S.L.) |
| Inspections - we will conduct a thorough inspection of the property, inside and out. We will report our findings to you, and recommend any action required. Inspections can be as frequently as you require. | 25, 35 or 45 euros per inspection if property within 5, 10 or 15 km of our office) |
All prices subject to IVA (currently 21%) and charges are payable in advance.
