The apartment itself is reached via an external stairway and the main part of the apartment has 2 bedrooms (both air-conditioned), shower room, lounge-dining area (with air-conditioning) with open-plan kitchen and small west-facing conservatory area (with electric blinds) from which a spiral staircase leads to an additional larger conservatory of more recent construction on the private solarium. For shopping, we are lucky enough to have one of the best commercial centres in the Costa Blanca - La Zenia Boulevard, which is 13 minutes drive from the property.
