Hi Andy and Sorelle For two 70+ people having bought two properties but never sold one, we were very ignorant how to proceed. We contacted Andy and Sorelle at Villas Fox for assistance. From our first meeting we were put at ease and everything explained to us in terms we could easily understand. The costs of the proposed sale was explained from the start what Villas Fox/we would be responsible for. We decided to go ahead with the sale and everything progressed as discussed. We were kept informed via e-mail as things progressed. The contact between Villas Fox and our Solicitor was excellent.
