Andy and Sorelle were extremely efficient and very helpful with all aspects of our successful sale. We would recommend them!

From the moment of meeting Andy Fox of VILLAS FOX, I gained the feeling of professionalism, my feelings were not wrong. With the superb photographs and subsequent ‘virtual tour’ the property was advertised,…. then Covid hit, but this did not deter Andy, the virtual tour sold it, without, a viewing in person. Then there was a delay because of ‘Brexit’ throwing up the need for a military certificate, (subsequently recinded by Valencia) causing a further delay, but nothing phased Andy. During the whole process Andy’s help, not only to myself but also to the buyer to enable a smooth sale. I cannot recommend VILLAS FOX more highly.
